“Been to window to the womb twice now for our gender scan and 4D, the staff are lovely and friendly. Made the experience both occasions really special and on the gender scan allowed us to use props to make the moment more magical for us to share with others. Would highly recommend to anyone else, especially if you have other children/family who you would like to be present at the scan as they are very accommodating! Thank you again ☺️”

“Brian was amazing! After an awful experience with garage local to me I ended up traveling over an hour with 3 children aged between 6 and 1, and couldn't have been happier. He spent the time talking me though the vehicle and showing me what it could do. I signed up there and then, and came back to collect my new car a few days later from Shannon (as Brian was on annual leave). Both of them were amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. Well worth the drive!!”

I explained this and the supervisor Carl, without hesitation offered to replace not only the battery, but an entirely new unit in its unopened box! You cannot beat that kind of customer service. “Decent shop. Never really that busy, reasonably priced gear and staff always helpful. Can't complain at all. Car park is a bit small but I always go on my motorbike so not really an issue for me. Its quite good value watching all the 4x4s trying to play parking tetris though.”

Iain was very patient with us when we changed our mind several times about various things and we never felt under any pressure to make quick decisions. There is an amazing choice of kitchens so something for everyone! The installation team were friendly and polite. We were extremely impressed with the excellent customer service and communication throughout the project and all staff involved - Iain, Jan, Erin and Ross have been quick to come back to us with any query we had. We are over the moon with our stylish kitchen and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kutchenhaus Romsey to anyone in the market for a new kitchen. I needed help at the Customer Service desk and a lovely lady named Louise helped me well she really went over and above and I really do appreciate the kind and thoughtful assistance she provided.
