Iain was very patient with us when we changed our mind several times about various things and we never felt under any pressure to make quick decisions. We were extremely impressed with the excellent customer service and communication throughout the project and all staff involved - Iain, Jan, Erin and Ross have been quick to come back to us with any query we had. We are over the moon with our stylish kitchen and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kutchenhaus Romsey to anyone in the market for a new kitchen. We hope to be able to work with them again in the future for additional work such as a fitted study and hallway storage.”

Due to the quality of the the initial kitchen they supplied, the team with their expert workmanship were able to fully refurb our kitchen and return it to its former glory. “The mamanager went above and beyond today. The staff are always kind and helpful and the shop always sells really amazing and interesting things but today the manager Simon went above and beyond. I unfortunately was being followed around Shirley and after walking into Oxfam a gentleman pointed the man out and after confirming I didn't know him he went to a member of staff and the manager Simon quickly and calmly asked if I wanted to sit in the back of the shop while I waited for my friend to pick me up just incase the man came in. He offered me coffee, teas, water and showd me where the toilets were just in case. He allowed me to stay back there while waiting for my friend and was so kind when I left. Thank you so much Simon I really appreciate what you did for me today and I'm sorry you were involved in such a thing.”
