    Always friendly helpful staff on the end of the phone to arrange deliveries and answer queries. Delivery staff always accommodating with unloading goods and the tracking system makes it easy to see when your delivery is due. Sometimes a bit of bartering is needed to get the best prices but always met with doing their best

    Ordered 80 facing perforated blues and nearly 50% are unusable. Also had 5 out of 7 solid blues missing or damaged faces. The orders need to be checked before being sent out, to get this level of failure is shocking! The 2 brick types also have different colours meaning they can’t go next to each other. Won’t be using this branch again and will be hand checking every delivered order in the future.

    My experience was different to say the least. First of all the staff did not look approachable. If their name was a day of the week it’s definitely monday. In the distance I saw a customer get turned into stone by a staff members horrible stare when approached. That could’ve been me but luckily I was just standing debating whether cottage cheese went better with wheat crackers or ryvita. The yard floor was an absolute mess with dust everywhere. It was very unfortunate that this visit I didn’t need some bags of dust as it would’ve helped them out massively! I only came in for some wood and before you know it I had to physically restrain a staff member to the ground.....think his name was Tyson? The guy wanted to know if I wanted decking for god sake I mean COME ON IM A CUSTOMER! So I took things into my own hands as I felt threatened. So will I come here again? No not until they make their tonne bags of ballast lighter as I put my back out trying to walk out of the branch with it!
