   I had a lovely experience today thanks to Sam on the shop floor at B&Q. I asked him where the draught excluders were and he responded with such a bright, cheerful tone that it immediately put me at ease. It honestly felt like he enjoyed helping people. Sam has the kind of personality that naturally goes the extra mile. He was super kind, super polite, and guided me clearly to exactly where I needed to go. There was a warmth in the way he spoke, and it made the whole interaction feel valued. Customer service like that really stands out. I can see Sam has a kind heart, and it showed in how he helped me. I left feeling grateful. People like him make shopping at B&Q a much better experience.

   I visited the Nursling store in Southampton on Friday (31st oct) I was looking to do some panneling. A lovely member of staff (Adam) helped me with the products and even managed to save me some money by suggesting i get some sheets cut on the in store machine. He was incredibly helpful. Then i signed up for a trade card and the colleague serving me (Kerry) was super helpful and patient with me. They were both so attentive and provided amazing customer service.

   Very decent B&Q, massive garden centre, lots of things to choose from. Big free car park, close to both M271 and M27, very convenient. No public transport of any kind though, nearest bus stop (17) is a good 15 minutes walk across busy junction. Staff is nice and friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

   Great help, great customer service. A lovely till worker saved an unused £5 off voucher a customer didn't want. He presented us with it as we were going to pay and we respectfully said yes please. He made our day as it was a nice surprise. Thank you!

   Helpful and happy security guard, staff always try their best to help especially the older ones. Could do with a better range of household bulbs in stock but it looks like they are concentrating on Christmas decorations at the moment.....

   This bnq is HUGE, 2 floors and a garden centre. It is a bit of a maze but it's very useful and handy to have right near my mother's. It's just of the motorway and has plenty of parking. Carpet stores next to it are useful too. Staff are friendly and helpful. Never walk away or avoid you. Plenty of tills. And toilet facilities are a God send.

   Really great service from the team on the Collect desk. I was looking for an item that showed two in stock on the website but when I went to the aisle I couldn't find either, despite having a good old rummage. I went to the desk to ask and they radioed a colleague who brought one from somewhere deep in the warehouse. No fuss, just smooth, professional service from start to finish. Thank you.
