   I found seven items that had not been priced and four in the wrong place that I would have considered purchasing ,the staff (under a lot of pressure and fed up) where unhelpful almost to the point of arrogance and the que was ridiculous resulting in me abandoning my basket. My visit was in December and more staff could have been hired for the time of year.

   Very busy and bursting with Christmas bits and bobs. I would like to return when it's a more normal selection of stock as it was not what I was looking for and what I went for they stopped holding to make space. But it's an interesting shop, and I can see it normally holds almost everything!

   If given the opportunity to depart without leaving any trace of my presence, I would have done so without hesitation due to the appalling customer service and discrimination I encountered at the Winchester Road The Range yesterday. I entered the establishment between 14:00 and 15:00 and, while examining some dinner plates, inadvertently left my phone on the shelf. I remained unaware of this until I reached the checkout counter, only to discover that my phone had vanished. Despite my repeated searches between the aisles, I was unable to locate it. I approached three staff members, but none of them appeared to care or even offered any assistance in my search. Upon returning to the counter, I attempted to seek help from customer service, but no one was willing to lend a hand. I was merely passed from one individual to another. The shop attendant simply inquired about my intentions for the purchased items and whether I possessed alternative payment methods. I had anticipated that, at the very least, she would have referred me to a colleague who could provide assistance. Throughout this ordeal, my four-year-old child was incessantly complaining. Fortunately, one of the customers offered to assist me in my search. She promptly located my phone, and within minutes, I had successfully retrieved it with the invaluable support of another customer. Without the assistance of these kind-hearted individuals, I would have left the establishment in a state of profound distress.

   Great budget store specialising in home decor and accessories. I agree with a few of the other reviews regarding chaos at the tills. Many people seem to pay by cash and some tills take card only. This causes constant shouts from the till staff to the customers in line of "anyone paying by card please?". The problem is that the design of the queue area is too narrow for people to get to the front of the cash payers. Re-think needed!

   The Range in Southampton is a fantastic one-stop shop for all your home, garden, and DIY needs. The store is huge, with a massive range of products—from furniture and home décor to pet supplies, crafts, and even a dedicated Iceland food section. It’s really convenient to have everything under one roof! The staff I met were friendly and helpful, and parking is free for a couple of hours, which makes visits hassle-free. Sometimes it can get busy, and checkout lines may be a bit slow, but it’s worth the wait because you’ll always find something great. The café is also a nice bonus for a quick break. If you love browsing and discovering new things for your home, this is the place to go!

   Toilets are diabolical. Men's not available as blocked and not flushing. Disabled toilet doesn't lock and is in full view of customers if your desperate to go. How is there a cafe here open at the same time????? Always judge a place by toilets and this has got to be the worst I've ever seen. Area manager needs to be more proactive and the range should 100% invest in a whole make over of the loos. So sad

   Parking is available and a wide variety of goods on show. Would use again. The garden chest I bought was in a rather soggy cardboard box, but it has been very wet of late. I had to point out that the price on the label did not match what the bar code scanner came up with.

   Large range store which includes a little Iceland in it now which is random. There is a variety of things in here. Plenty of parking outside. There was long queue when I was here which took a while to go down which isn’t useful if you’re in a hurry. Had exactly what I needed. Some items are good value some are overpriced.

   I'm terribly disappointed. They have lovely Christmas decorations. I will agree. Unfortunately, not all of them are available in the store, so you may have to order them to home or collection from store, to have them. One or another way, you have to pay for delivery. Some ornaments so beautiful to make Christmas tree like from your dreams, but they can't deliver it to the store with attention or pack in better way. Careful on the box, fragile but they don't care, most of them crushed. Box was smashed. I was so disappointed and normally sad that the decorations where wasted, my time to go for it and the fuel wasted. At least they returned for everything but I decided to chose to pay only for 4 from 15, because bigger part was damaged.

   Doesn't always have what you need exactly. But mostly has what you want. The range do have a good selection of products. And are considerable in their value. With the added bonus of Iceland being in-store makes this a very convenient place to shop. Sometimes can be busy and queues can build significantly. Having an onsite customer toilet is also incredibly useful.
