   I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered at this store. I bought a hair straightener that made my hair frizzy and clearly didn’t work as expected when i tried it at home .I returned with my receipt well within the time allowed for returns, but the lady who i think is a manager or supervisor refused to take it back without even checking the item. When I explained the issue, she dismissed me by saying, “It says it will volumize your hair, so that’s how it works.” That is not how you speak to a customer. She clearly had no interest in helping and made me feel embarrassed for simply trying to resolve a problem. Her attitude was dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional. Whether or not the shop policy allows returns, the way I was treated was unacceptable. As a customer, I deserved at least a fair explanation or basic respect. I will not be shopping here again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before spending their money at a store that doesn’t value its customers.

   Went into the shop with my mates to build him and outfit keep in mind he likes to use feminine style of clothing in his outfits however after trying on said outfit and going to try high heels on we were then kicked out in quite a rude and unfriendly matter. Felt slightly subject to prejudice and homophobia from the staff. Do not recommend shopping here if you are a male born wanting to involve a more feminine style to your clothing.

   It's a good place to shop. Not much options for women compared to other TK Maxx as the shop is smaller. The staff is friendly and nice.
