   i got a better mattress the jay b kids single in the black friday sale!!! (a good time to try and go for something that would of been a bit more expensive!!!) it seems to be normal!!! just to let you see the old mattress that was sent was just a piece of skank foam!!! shocking argos!!! very shocking!!! anyway!!! i have wrapped it up in the plastic bag that the new one was sent in to be helped taken to the refuse depo i suppose by car a bit later!!! i have to get my bill payer to help me!!!

   Nice new fit in the store. However, there is definitely a lack of customer service. No hello or smile, just instantly redirected to the new digital kiosks which reduce any interaction to a minimum. Then collecting my item, again no smile, interaction or goodbye with the customer. A real shame, we all need a little bit more happiness at the moment.

   My hearty appreciation for Hannah the store manager of Argos West Quay! I have bought a coffee table and was unable to fix the screws into the solid wood, and was planning to return this product to this store. While I explained the situation to the staff, originally they said being unable to build a furniture is not a invalid reason for return and refund, yet at the same time manager Hannah went an extra mile and offered to help us build that coffee table on spot using a more powerful drill! This was truly helpful and nice of her and thank you once again Hannah!

   Despite the issues with the wider company (Order not available, etc, just see TrustPilot for that..), purchased a product today, excellent customer service, kind, patient and a great conversation. Both staff members I interacted with were excellent and helped with awkward things like gift cards. Outstanding!

   Unfortunately Argos do not realistically recycle old electronics, even though the company states they do. ONLY IF you buy a new electronic product will they accept your old one! I bought two oil-filled radiators from them 2-3 years ago, now they stopped working. I went in hoping to drop them off. Was told I need to buy a new one in order for them to be interested in recycling my old one. It’s a shame. Staff were kind though! It’s not their fault! My review is entirely based on the company’s policies and false advertising! Not recycling friendly after all, are we, Argos?

Also the guy from the stockroom was really cool and gave me a winning Christmas scratch card . I walked away very happy so thank you for that.

   So kind and polite! People were always there to help me. I am new to the UK and did not know how Argos worked. But the representative explained to me how it did and assisted me in the entire process. So I wanted part of my stuff delivered and the other part to be collected at the store. Initially I made the mistake of adding all of them as store collection. But the representative made sure that he erased all of it and re-entered the list to be delivered and I ordered the items to be collected in store separately. Very kind staff!
