“Been to window to the womb twice now for our gender scan and 4D, the staff are lovely and friendly. Made the experience both occasions really special and on the gender scan allowed us to use props to make the moment more magical for us to share with others. Would highly recommend to anyone else, especially if you have other children/family who you would like to be present at the scan as they are very accommodating! Thank you again ☺️”

“Good place to stay. Right in the city but on the edge of Watts Park. Very quiet in the room. Air con was an added bonus. We didn't use the in-house restaurant as there was so much choice just a few minutes walk away. There is no car park on site but we came by train a five minute walk from the Premier Inn.”

“We came down from Scotland and stayed in one of the Superior Rooms. Full air con, very roomy as it is an accessible room. Had plenty of room to manoeuvre my power chair. Staff are very friendly and remember you from previous visits. We had meal deals so enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Everything was excellent. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting family and friends or going on a cruise.”

“I stayed at this hotel for a weekend and it was a lovely stay, all of the staff were lovely and welcoming. Catherine that booked us in who is on the main desk Was ever so helpful and friendly and if I had any enquiries she was happy to help. The location of the hotel is perfect, easy to get to shops, restaurants and taxis ect. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Nicole at the front desk was lovely. Thank you for the great service Nicole and all the front desk ladies. Rooms are clean and have all the essentials. My bathroom in room 523 had several cracked tiles in the bathroom, but it didn’t affect my stay. Shower was nice and hot; excellent water pressure. Room had no odor and was genuinely clean. Nice welcome letter from the manager. There’s a restaurant and bar inside in the lobby. No in room refrigerators. I’d stay here again.”

“UNBELIEVABLE service at this, “supposedly budget” hotel. I booked 8 rooms for 1 night for 15 guests, before we departed on a cruise. EMMA, who I believe is the manager, I really hope I have her name correct, was incredible. She rang me 2 days before our stay to confirm my booking. I informed her we were attending a wedding on QM2, also it was the grooms birthday the night we stayed, and if possible could she acknowledge both occasions…. WOW WOW WOW did Emma acknowledge both celebrations going above and beyond expectations. Starting with the room the bridal couple stayed in, it was amazing, decorated with banners & balloons & various treats including 2 bottles of Frexinet and champagne flutes, also a happy birthday banner above the bed. Emma also put all guests on the same floor, put us in a private area for dinner, in which she also decorated our table, then brought out a birthday cake for Gerry and same again the private area for breakfast. Now then, PREMIER INN SOUTHAMPTON CENTRAL, please please commend Emma and take care of this wonderful employee as she is a fantastic asset to your company. She told us she was moving to your Portsmouth hotel as it was nearer to her home, all I can say is anyone that visits that hotel is in for a treat. Oh and by the way, the room’s were all great with fantastic pillows, and the meal deal, dinner and breakfast was unbelievable value for money.”

“This place has everything you could want. Today we did the laser tag and the bowling. Both responsibility priced compared to other places we have visited. In general the place was clean and tidy and well set out. The staff could of been a little more welcoming but they are all young adults so to be expected, I certainly remember those days lol. All in all we certainly visit again.”

“Handy to have this Argos inside Sainsbury’s. Went to pick up a comic relief snow globe for my daughter this evening (13/12/24) and the staff behind the till (young girl & oldish women) were very polite and cheerful and had a laugh with both of them.”

“Hospitals are a terrifying place to be however Southampton Hospital have given my wife a completely clean bill of health this year after several health concerns. All of the staff that my wife and I came into contact with were the utmost professional and we could really tell that they knew their stuff. Hospital always seems super clean and tidy too. Staff are attentive and have excellent bedside manner. Reception / welcome desk staff are super knowledgeable and really happy to help you out.”

“Our first time doing a VR experience. So much fun. Great set up and quality equipment. The games master was very friendly and helped us navigate through the game. Would definitely go back and play some of the other games.”

“Pinecones is a wonderful nursery. Our son started in August and loves it. The staff don't only look after your child but they look after us as parents too. Helping us through the emotions and making the transition so easy. They adapt the surroundings and activities to suit our sons needs when he gets too overwhelmed. He also loves his little days out! We would highly recommend Pinecones to any parent!”

“The staff at Kingsmead have consistently been professional, caring and enthusiastic. My son loves his time there and I feel reassured that he is happy and well looked after. We love to see the regular updates of what he’s getting up to in his day and the staff provide a personal handover that demonstrates how attentive they are to each child.”

“Our daughter loves going to nursery. She has been there since she was 1.5 years old. She’s now in Preschool and back full time. Every morning she asks “is it nursery day?” And gets very excited when she’s told yes! It’s lovely to see how well she is doing with the support from her teachers. “Haven't been in for ages, last time was not long after it had opened. Friendly staff. Had the I think deluxe hot chocolate that comes with a cake. I chose a biscoff cupcake. Both the drink and cake were amazing.”

“Brilliant campsite, friendly, lots of space, all the facilities are clean. Paddleboarding, climbing, bouncy pillow - loads to keep the kids occupied and they loved exploring the woods, rope swing etc. Highly recommend.”

“Great little community centre, has a soft play area that is great for tiny ones and toddlers alike. They also have an area for the kids to whizz around on little cars, and an ample outside play area with great climbing frames etc. Lovely place to host a kid's party!”

“Our little girl has thrived at Tops Pokesdown. She is looked after so well and loves going to nursery each day. The staff are so caring and made her start at 9 months much easier as the eased the nerves of her mums. We love the diversity of the activities and how much she wants to go in each day.
