   Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing due to several issues throughout the visit. Food took an extremely long time to arrive, despite having to chase it up multiple times. When it finally came, it didn’t arrive all at once, which made it awkward for our group. The area also wasn’t cleaned after the food was served, I ended up getting bin bags myself and clearing everything so our party had a clean space to bowl. Before the event, I spoke to a manager on a previous night and was told I could add extra people to the booking if needed. On the day, when I needed to add one more person, the staff member dealing with us refused to honour the Christmas package, despite what I had been told. I asked to speak to a manager and was told “yeah,” but no one was actually called. I had to find another staff member to get a manager.Once the manager arrived, they did accept the deal, but I still had to pay an extra 20p to top up to the package, which felt unnecessary given the situation. The music was also far too loud, to the point where you have to shout just to talk to the people you’re with, and we left with headaches. There’s really no need for it to be that loud. Not enough staff members ques was ridiculous for bar and checking in Overall, the lack of organisation, poor communication, and cleanliness issues really took away from what should have been an enjoyable experience.

   Really nice upgrades. Place looks inviting with lots to do. Lodes of bowling alleys. Escape rooms look good. Soft play looks amazing. Pints under £5 is really good. We played the prison putt mini golf. Concidering this is new the quality is appauling. Most of the starting holes have caved in. Items have been removed. Technology was broken. We were in good spirits so enjoyed it anyway and found it funny but I expected a lot more. The design is good and the wholes are okay, could be abit more difficult. We also waited around 5-10 minutes to be seen at the check in desk even though staff had been notified we were there, and it was not busy.

   A mixed bag of bad and terrible. Golf had many issues, broken lights, broken equipment, and old and dirty equipment that needs to be serviced. Tenpin bowling balls were dirty and old, the area we rented still had empty plates and glasses and water all over the table. Some arcade games were unresponsive after I had put money in them. Some arcade games were out of order. Is this a good review? Could I recommend this place. Of course not. Avoid, much better alternatives elsewhere.

   This place has everything you could want. Today we did the laser tag and the bowling. Both responsibility priced compared to other places we have visited. In general the place was clean and tidy and well set out. The staff could of been a little more welcoming but they are all young adults so to be expected, I certainly remember those days lol. All in all we certainly visit again.

   We went to the escape room (Houdini's) that is at this location, it was great fun and really well run, however it missed out on 5 stars as the rooms themselves were not heated and it was a cold day so most of our group was struggling. I recommend layers if it is cold outside and you should have a great time

   Came for a kids birthday party. 2 sets of 3 screens over the bowling lanes were faulty. One set were flickering constantly. The other had distorted image so you couldn't read all the names and the colours were off. Those lanes should not be open. The paint was peeling on most of the decor and one of the cushions in the both was ripped. There was a party host but they were only there for the bowling part on nowhere to be seen after that. Had to chase them to get the laser tag set up and were presented with a form to fill out with names and ages before the kids were allowed to go in. This should have been given to us at the start of the party to avoid delays. Staff were confused about the time the laser tag was booked for which also delayed things. There weren't that many staff at all for the amount of people. Also buying cappuccino at the bar took ages even though there was only one person ahead of us.
