Without giving too much away, it really did exceed my expectations and we had a great day. We escaped with 49 seconds to spare. Granted we had 5 hints but it was still an excellent experience. “This was our second time at River Studios and won’t be our last. We were lucky enough to have Will and the Black Room both times and cannot recommend them highly enough! This time we spent an awesome afternoon with Will working on two tracks with our two mini guitarists ! He was so enthusiastic and fantastic with both children . Nothing is too much trouble and we came out all having had a fab time and with two great tracks - we will be back for sure! Thanks so much to Will as we all really enjoyed our mini concert and the time you spent teaching the kids how to get the most out of their guitars was so lovely to see . We will see you again soon ! “Watched and listened to The English Concert playing Bach’s St John’s Passion 19 April ’25. It was the first time I heard an orchestra playing period instruments and it was delightful. The singers and soloists were also brilliant. I definitely recommend both Turner Sims and the English Concert”

The staff and instructors were magnificent throughout, stepping in to help out my granddaughter when she was a bit scared on the last level and encouraging her to complete it. I never managed a dignified “landing” at the end of the zip wire runs, but great fun nevertheless.”

“Went to see wicked for good today at around 1:45pm with my mum who is disabled and uses walking sticks a lovely member of staff called Alex who was around 6ft tall and had brown hair was very kind and saw us struggling carrying our popcorn and our drinks so Alex kindly jumped to lend us a helping hand and carried our drinks for us walked at my mums pace offered to scan our tickets for us and walked us to our seats and put our drinks in our cupholders for us. Alex is an absolute credit to your cinema such a wonderful kind man Also loved the recliner seats super comfy and spacious”

“Went for a friends birthday. I was served by Bee during one of the recent hot days, and honestly, I just want to shout them out. It was sweltering inside, but they stayed calm, and assisted me as I’m disabled and struggle with heat exhaustion, they explained they had similar issues and completely understand. They gave me water and kept checking in on me keeping me comfortable.”

“Ahh what can I say? We had a lovely time here at the children's pleasure park! The two guys were friendly and helpful, great with the kids! £10 for 16 tokens, the slides are 1 token for 4 rides, the kids loved it! Even my 13 year old niece had fun! Yes it's old fashioned but that's the charm! It's a calm, quaint, relaxed children's park! If you're wanting fast paced thrill rides do not come here. I would recommend this place to anyone with a younger family or the oldies that are young at heart!! They sell ice-cream, cold and hot drinks, there is even a ladies talking bench! They're coming up to their 50th year soon, let's keep this place going!”

“This is the soft place of dreams. Lots and lots of activities. The soft play area is great - tall for the adults to jump around in and there is lots of turns and routes to explore. The slide is super fast - just watch the small ones on the last bump :D The site also features and interactive room, climbing areas and trampoline zone. All areas look great. The food is brilliant with a Gozney pizza oven cooking fresh pizzas on order. Everything well priced and really reasonable. Easily spend all day”

Once without appointment to look at the prams and we were helped by a super friendly lady (can't remember the name but she had green contact lenses) who showed us all the different types of prams. Then the second time was our actual buy 4 baby appointment where we were helped by Janet who was also super friendly and helped us make our final decision on the pram. Overall very positive experience and we can't wait for the delivery.”

We booked it for our team away day so we were three teams all at the same time. the staff could not be more welcoming and kept in character the whole time. But honestly the detail and the puzzles in the room blew me away . Just amazing. 100% recommend”
