“Since I started classes at Urban Aerial 2 years ago; I am noticeably stronger, fitter, more confident and my mental health has improved massively. Charlie, Beccie and Claire are the most welcoming, friendliest instructors who really believe in everyone and help you progress so quickly. They are always there to help, even at open sessions. The students who attend the classes are also so friendly; it is like a big family where everyone is welcome. The studio is really well presented, thoroughly cleaned after every lesson and spacious. There is always a wide range of different activities to try including pole, hoop, stretch, flying pole, silks and more.”

“Had a brilliant visit to David Lloyd today, thanks to Kevin. He was super personable, genuinely helpful, and had a great sense of humour that made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. He’s clearly very knowledgeable too — answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. “Great gym with loads of equipment and a real good atmosphere. There’s a huge range of classes, all led by instructors who clearly put the effort in. Calum, runs a few different sessions that have massively helped cut down my running niggles with dynamic, varied movements and creative sessions that always differ; plus keeping an eye on your form. Overall, really happy here.”

“My happy place! The whole family are now members and we love it. Everyone is so friendly, classes are great and instructors are professional and inspiring. A great place to work out but also perfect for meeting friends for a coffee in Starbucks or a drink in the pub.”

“TLDR It's great value for money, friendly staff, warm pool, sauna and free classes. For me it's an easy 5 stars, but lets start with the bad stuff. Huge car park, but it's not obvious as it's through the arch behind. Maybe park in Lidl and then walk down on your first visit if you're not sure. The whole place could do with a coat of paint and TLC, if this is important to you it's probably not your gym. The layout is super confusing, the pool is obvious but the sauna is well hidden. The free weights and boxing area is in it's space ground floor, the 'fun machines' and yoga are upstairs down a completely different corridor. Lockers are confusing, you'll need a key from reception, ignore the pound slot in the door. Changing room floors can get wet; Sauna, showers and pool, there's a lot of water. Now the good news: The cleaner seems to live in the place, he's always mopping and emptying bins. The pool does vary in temperature but it's always the warmest I know of. If you want mostly swim time the membership is probably worth it for just that. Yoga, Pilates, swim aerobics, over 50's etc all the classes are free. There are currently 3 yoga classes a week if you can handle it. It just doesn't feel like somewhere for posers, people are there for health and genuine development not to just look good. Maybe you don't want the punch bags or boxing ring, perhaps the very intimidating free weights are't for you, or running machines don't float your boat? Just find the part that is your thing and enjoy. Any questions there will be someone on reception and they are super friendly.”

“I have had 2 wonderful manicures recently and they were perfect. One Shellac for going on holiday and 3 weeks later my nails were still perfect. Another just nail polish was also perfect! I’d say they were the best manicures I have ever had. I have had the full body massage twice and both were wonderful. Firmness as I asked for and very relaxing.”

“Brilliant place we go there all the time. Facilities are great. Food and drinks in the cafe are very nice. Wears out the kids! Also soft play for younger ones. Highly recommend.”

“I'd never been to a gym before, so joining 365 has been a new and really positive experience. All the trainers are very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. It's an ideal learning environment, training in small and friendly groups. I've felt very welcome and I'm gradually gaining in strength and feeling fitter and more confident. “Having trained with Trevor in previous years prior to Neon, I knew I wouldn't be disappointed and after 6 weeks of returning to BJJ, I can say that the Neon team do a fantastic job. I'm yet to try any other classes they offer but I do plan on it soon. Friendly and inviting atmosphere, and great price. I'm really enjoying the beginner BJJ classes as I can be a slow learner so learning the fundamentals are essential for me. Highly recommend giving it a go!”

“It doesn’t get much better than Gambledown Farm! We hosted our wedding weekend here and it was truly perfect. Tamara and her team were incredibly welcoming and supportive every step of the way. Having all of our friends and family stay on site made the whole experience even more special. From the very first planning stages through to after the wedding, Tamara went above and beyond - we couldn’t recommend Gambledown more, whether for a wedding or even a cosy staycation. The grounds are immaculate, beautifully green, and set against stunning countryside with plenty of charming farm animals. If we could do it all over again, we absolutely would!”

“I hurt myself last night at training and called Total Care Clinic this morning, they organised an appointment for me by 5pm this evening. I was welcomed by a lovely gentleman named Ian and was taken through to their delightful waiting area. I was then seen by Jasmine who made me feel very comfortable and we went through a thorough dress down of my previous injuries and my lifestyle, forming a whole picture of my current discomfort and analysing it carefully. Then she worked on my back and concluded that I had displaced my rib slightly and although we were unable to relieve me of my pain entirely, Jasmine was very informative and open, and I feel much more confident going forward. I’ve booked myself in for a follow up same time next week but we’re both hoping the rib will be sorted before then. Thanks to Total Care who really helped me in a very painful spot today, looking forward to next week and will be definitely going to them in the future.”

“Blue Butterfly Dance Studios have been the perfect choice for my daughter. What began (for us) 4 years ago as a weekly dance class in the first lockdown, has become her home from home and she's even roped mum and dad in, too! All of the classes are fun and friendly, but also carefully planned and delivered which is evident in the astonishingly professional quality of the shows performed several times a year in local theatres. Amy and her talented team have created something really special in Blue Butterfly and I would recommend to anyone.”

“Fun lessons for my 5 almost 6 year old! There is a good variety of dances and done at a steady pace keeping them engaged. Very understanding and keeping all children having fun and learning to dancing”

“Used to go here about 8 yrs ago, I have decided to return, a very friendly place. No children under 16yrs old. The pool is small, but big enough to swim in (not an Olympic size one) the deep end is 4ft 8inches deep. Plenty of gym equipment. Sauna, steam room, jacuzzi. I would certainly recommend it.”

“Just been here to kill some time whilst my car was been serviced, I’m not from the area so I wandered in with a gym bag. I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities for a modest sized gym. All new stuff and in a nice room. The reason for the review is the staff. I was clearly a guy wandering through, but I was helped with a padlock (I didn’t bring) and shown around. I use a lot of different gyms when I travel around, this is a nice little gem. Thank you to Brad, who help me get sorted. My car is ready earlier than I expected, so I’m just dropping a quick review. As good service deserves recognition”

“Hot tub is literally worth its weight in gold! Staff are so good and friendly and go above and beyond always. It's usually fairly quiet but I'd avoid going in school holidays. Great sauna and steam room. Small gym and pool but adequate for my needs. Could do with updating but it's fit for purpose.”
