From start to finish, we cannot fault the excellent care provided by the plastic surgeon Mr Wilson-Jones, Sarah (lead paediatric nurse) and everyone else involved in our daughter’s care. We even recieved a message from Sarah a few days after the operation asking how our daughter has been. Classes are professional, led by great trainers, facilities are good,, large pool, the booking app is easy, The new circuits class is especially good, run by ross/ Adrian as are yoga classes by holly. Really good value for money.”

“Been here a few times when visiting family. Overall swimming with the kids is great fun. Never used any of the gym facilities so can't comment there. It's a great place to book kids birthday parties as they have a bouncy castle for the kids. Best to book a couple of months in advance as it's particularly popular. Only one gripe I have is their tea at reception tastes awful - tasted like a mix of coffee and tea so maybe avoid that. But overall it's a great place for swimming and kids birthday parties”
