“This was our third year of hiring a bouncy castle for a garden party with Binky Bounce. A really efficient service, great communication around logistics and weather, and very flexible when last minute changes needed. We look forward to hiring again next year, Amanda is absolutely fantastic!”

“After a long drive, this was just the ticket. Excellent Big Breakfast with a decent cup of black coffee to wash it down. Enjoyed it enough to have the same the next morning, too. My companion, who is local, will be back, too. Yes, there are better breakfasts out there, but not necessarily better value. They are a lovely couple that run the cafe, too.”

“Motel Nights was the perfect venue for my baby shower. We decorated it with lots of pink balloons, flowers and cake, and the staff (especially April!) were super helpful and accommodating. Everyone loved the cocktails and tunes. Thanks again guys!!”

“I’ve visited flight club twice, once with a group of friends and once for a works Christmas night out. Thoroughly enjoyed both times! After going the first time I knew it would be a great option for the Christmas do, and it was such a good laugh, we played over two boards, next to each other meaning you can still socialise with everyone. You can order drinks to the area but the bar was close by too. After we finished our session we went out to the rooftop area which was great, plenty of space and a great atmosphere. Although you’re outside there are plenty of heat lamps to keep you warm no matter the temperature.”

“This was my first visit. Saw the brilliant A Band Called Malice. Service was great and the door were friendly. Nice pint of Cafferys before changing to Shipyard Low Tide as I was driving.”

“A great place for a quietish drink. Thursday night is Acoustic Music night. The Beer Festival and the Cider Festival (each annually) is always good, but the evening sessions can get a little too loud, musically, were as the daytime sessions are very good. Good priced ale and cider always on tap.”

“absolutely fab boxing day at boom battle bar Cardiff with my family. all the staff were attentive and friendly, willing to go above and beyond to make our evening perfect. happily accommodating our party activities in between the darts and karaoke, giving us the space in the quieter section of the bar to play party games and eat. only downside was that area didn't have any heating on but understandably to save on the bills when it wasn't planned to be used at the time. the only other unfortunate complaint would be for the prices of drinks, they were a bit high for comfort. however, the experience in all was excellent and better than could be expected. we all had a fab time and are very grateful, diolch!”

“Booked a room for my daughter to have our grandchild christened. Very reasonable rates for hiring the room £50 for 3 hrs. There was also a £100 deposit returned after the event finished to cover damages. The bar staff were excellent and could not do enough to make sure everything went smoothly. Prices of drinks were very cheap and would strongly recommend this club as an excellent venue for any type of celebration you want to hold.”

“We were very stressed by the time we arrived here but that lasted about 10 seconds after a lovely greeting and swift, pleasant service. Lovely people, lovely atmosphere, our dog was welcome and the food and drinks were lovely.”

“Attended a party in the large function room upstairs. It was clean, spacious and welcoming. No wheelchair access upstairs, but it does have a bar with a few basic drinks. More drinks available downstairs.”

“We had a family celebration in their function room. They couldn't be more helpful. The function room was exceptional value as was their internal caterer. We had a lot more food than our guests could eat. Thanks very much.”
