My favourite restaurant in the whole of Cardiff! The owner is so lovely and even bought falafel for me as I told him I don’t eat meat. The food is absolutely to die for - the jacket potatoes are INSANELY good and you get such a big portion for only £6.50! My boyfriend is obsessed with the chicken wraps and you get so much filling in them that you definitely don’t need to worry about still being hungry. They are halal and vegetarian friendly too. I definitely recommend this place, especially if you’re a student as the prices are very affordable.

Big fan. I got a baguette with sweet chilli chicken, hot sauce, coleslaw, cheese and salad. It was delicious and excellent value for money. I can't wait to be back! Definitely ask for sauce though

After a long drive, this was just the ticket. Excellent Big Breakfast with a decent cup of black coffee to wash it down. Enjoyed it enough to have the same the next morning, too. My companion, who is local, will be back, too. Yes, there are better breakfasts out there, but not necessarily better value. They are a lovely couple that run the cafe, too.

What an absolute delight. Furious with ourselves for thinking this was 'just a coffee shop' the last 2 years. What a welcoming owner, superb beverage offers (love the teapots), super friendly and accommodating and absolutely delicious food, beautifully presented. The menu (we went in for breakfast) was small but perfectly cooked & proportioned. We stayed to watch rugby and then also sampled the dumplings which, again, were a delight. This is 100% on our repeat list now.

This place is fabulous. We stopped in at random to try the place out on a road and in a general area with a lot of great cafe options. This is absolutely up there. Really friendly family run business with great food and coffee. We had a fantastic breakfast and then stayed to watch the rugby and had the dumplings as well! It’s definitely on the return and recommendation list.

Amazing little coffee house with the most incredible secret garden. The food was very delicious, great prices and authentically polish! The owner is great, very welcoming and has the cutest little dog to greet the guests
