   A cozy place with a warm atmosphere and polite staff. The pasta with creamy sauce was rich and flavorful, though I would have liked a slightly bigger portion. Overall, a great spot for a calm evening dinner.

   Popped in recently for a quick pint, 1st time in since renovation from Gassys. Tables set up reminds me of a beer Keller. Chilled out atmosphere, and a great chat with Mel the barmaid. Surprised that they didn't serve Guinness anymore but settled for a couple of pints of cider. I enjoyed my visit, the people were relaxed and friendly and the beverages were spot on. Will visit again soon on my evening stroll.

   The security is extremely violent e towards Latin American people, he treated my South American friends really bad. DO NOT NO GO TÔ THIS PLACE IF U YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SAFETY!!!

   Pub is in it’s final week, closing down 20/06/25. Regularly been in here when visiting Cardiff, but needs investment in a dwindling market. Wether there’s new owners for a pub, or it becomes a Premier or vape shop, time will tell.

   Absolutely appalling service! A table was booked through the website. Turned up no table prepared. Put underneath a TV and told pull the table out if you like but don't block the food coming out of the kitchen. Told by a member of staff that the booking was written down but no table set so put on a table that has already been reserved but asked to leave when the original table booking arrives. Really would not recommend this place as staff were completely unhelpful and not at all interested when we said we were unhappy

   Fantastic place to watch sports events! They were very accommodating, and the food was stellar. That said, need more tables. Or make table booking clear with the event organisers they work with: we didn't know tables needed to be booked so we were on a corner table. That said? Didn't ruin the experience one iota. Even the corner tables next to the stairs (notoriously bad seating at every other pub) had a screen directly in view.

   One of the worst student venues in Cardiff. The drinks can be reasonably prices but the place is an absolute mess. The men's urinal trough is constantly over flowing with 100s of peoples urine because it keeps getting blocked. Certain staff can be rude and unaccommodating to peoples needs. Floors are disgusting and not regularly cleaned so you're either sticking to the floor or slipping on it. Music choice is below average if even decide to even turn it on. Make the 10 minute journey in to Cardiff centre and you will find many better establishments. If you end up here you'll be more than likely scraping the bottom of the barrel.
