   Name me another shisha lounge better than Kaya Lounge you can’t. The feeling you get at Kaya is something you just don’t find anywhere else. The main reason I’ve been coming here for the last two years is the staff. They’re honestly 90% of why I keep returning. I’ve never felt more at home in a place like this. They’re so kind and caring, while still doing their jobs efficiently and professionally. I can genuinely say I’ve built real friendships here and received advice that I’ll use for the rest of my life especially when it comes to how I want to run my own business in the future. The service is always reliable and fast, even when every table is full. You could have the worst day, but as soon as you step into Kaya Lounge, your worries fade away. It’s a great place to get food, enjoy shisha, or even study and work the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The music is also amazing, with a wide variety of languages and genres, so there’s always something you’ll enjoy. I’ve been to many shisha lounges across the UK, and none of them compare to Kaya Lounge. The best way to describe it is intimate the seating is arranged so you can really connect with the people you’re with and have meaningful conversations, which I really appreciate. All I can say is: I love Kaya Lounge, and this review comes straight from the heart. I hope everyone gets to experience Kaya Lounge the way I’ve been lucky enough to experience it.

   Proper good vibes here, mate! The atmosphere, drinks, and shisha were spot on — hands down the best café in Cardiff. Staff looked a bit moody, not gonna lie, but still had a cracking time. Definitely worth a visit!

   Kaya Lounge never disappoints. The food is absolutely exceptional and always full of flavor. It is my go-to place every time I want a great meal.    What a fab venue!! Staff were so lovely on entry - smiley, friendly and just lovely. The decor is awesome - the cave design is so cool. Chilled vibes. Really nice. The shisha was loveeeeeely! Karak was amazing. Will definitely be back.

   Amazing selection of shisha, had the premium flavor was super amazing. The staff were from what I could gather all middle eastern. Went on a date here with a Palestinian girl and was pleasantly surprised that apparently you can ask for playing cards! The staff was friendly facilities were clean lighting and music was spot on! Would definitely recommend a visit if you just want a fun outing!

   Stopped by there on the other night. Just passing through Cardiff. Typed shisha lounge in Cardiff as the Google gave me five or six places on the same street. As all close to eachother not have any idea to stop by. While rambling on the street asked few places about having outside sitting unfortunately none of them had. Stopped just by Kaya, from outside not looking a big place but it is quite big one once you get in. First you were given a table number at the gate and make your order just by the till. It looks they have just drinks like hot and cold drinks different types of milkshakes and mojito cocktails and shisha. The place well decorated cave style and lots of TV on the walls. Order not taking long fast service. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Shisha was okay as not find my flavour and tried something new. You can stop by there if you don't have any idea about others on the same street or explore the others.
