We were dealing with Courtney all the way through and the customer service was excellent and we were updated throughout with fast delivery and a expectional product. “The carpet we selected are a lovely quality we have great help and advice in choosing what to buy as there was such a huge choice. We were keen to get our carpets fitted as soon as possible as we had family staying with us for a weekend and floor giants pulled out the stops to get them delivered and fitted on time, thank you so much!!”

“Popped in for a takeaway lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the choice on the menu. A little on the pricey side but all freshly prepared and very high quality. I had a filled focaccia which was delicious and actually could have been shared between two so did my lunch for 2 days. Also tried the blueberry torta which was crumbly and light! Definitely going to be returning & will take some pics next time and eat in. The decor was contemporary with rustic touches, plenty of seating and an outdoor area but didn't see it to comment in. Absolutely worth a visit!”

“Brought my Mum here in late November for both of us to have back-to-back treatments, and WOW it was on another level! I had the Highlands and she had the Spell - both with the lovely and amazing Solbi who was phenomenal! The treatments themselves were another level of magic with bespoke music and aromatherapy that takes you to another world (way more transformative than your standard massage in any other spa). We’re both so so grateful to Solbi for working her magic with us! Also the spa receptionist that day (we never got her name - had fabulous blue hair!) went above and beyond to look after my Mum: she was struggling with sensory overload and this lovely receptionist took the initiative to move my Mum to a darker soundproofed room whilst she waited for her treatment which truly helped her so much. We were both bowled over by how above and beyond everyone went, how neurodivergent-aware-and-informed they were, and by every single part of the experience. Thank you both so much!”

“I recently had my first tattoo with Kat. On arriving I was made to feel very welcome and was impressed with the cleanliness of the studio. Kat explained the procedure and showed me the ink she was using and dates etc. Before having my tattoo i had to fill in a questionnaire. When Kat started my tattoo before continuing she asked if i was ok and not in pain. As we chatted I felt very little discomfort. My tattoo was a tribute to my father who passed away when I was very young. I'm thrilled to bits with my tattoo and people have commentated on the design. Many thanks Kat.
