   I arrived at the Cwmbran store when it opened and I was met and dealt with by a customer service rep called Brooke. Admittedly I’d arrived on behalf of another member of the family to finalise and pay for the cruise. However, my family member hadn’t progressed as far in the planning as they’d thought. Brooke was very patient with me and was soon able to pull all of our requirements together so I could get away as I had limited time. Very happy with the service received.
