   Rainy day and amazing experience of nice and mouthwatering food at chopstix cardiff today. Food was hot and staff was nice there. I like spicy food they help me to get food of my choice. Waqas served me from start till payment. He was very kind and helpful. Salt & pepper Chicken was so tasty i got a topper pot after eating my box. 100% recommended to everyone and hope to come back again for delicious food.

   I am a regular here. So I went to this outlet on my birthday and to my surprise the lady serving me behaved like she was in a hurry. Moreover, I got a very cold vibe from the staff. I think this probably happened because whenever I visit, I pay. But this time, I went on by birthday as there was free meal box deal on birthday. Hence, not paying for my meal is what changed the staff's behaviour. The food being good as always was the only silver lining. So I ordered a delivery this time. The food was good as always. But they failed to send any cutlery whatsoever.

   Went in for a quick lunch with family and had an issue with the payment method. Kobi, whom I presumed was the manager, tried hard to sort it out but there was a problem with the till. But in the end, all done very well to our absolute delight & satisfaction. Thank you very much

   Me and my partner had eaten here yesterday before we went on the train home. Honestly this is a nice place to pop in if you are looking for some fast food but want to try something different than McDonald’s or Burger King. I had ordered a large box with prawns, beef, and caramel chicken while my partner ordered a small box with caramel chicken as he wasn’t that hungry. The portion sizes were perfect as none of them had too little nor too much food in them and all the food is always fresh. You can see it being prepared in front of you behind the counter. My only complaint is the queue sizes and the prices. Maybe you shouldn’t go here if you are waiting for the train like we did. We had a 15 minute wait or so for the food. Which is a bit long but there is not much they can do since the place is popular. My other complaint is the prices. It’s alright if you are going there once or twice but it can put a small dent in your wallet if you go there very often. Honestly really nice food with really nice service. I would recommend you check it out.
