“We were abroad on our honeymoon when we were told our boiler had broken down and was deemed irreparable. It was freezing back in the UK and we wanted it resolved before we arrived home but after contacting several other companies it felt like a hopeless task. We contacted Let's Heat LTD and spoke to Mo who straight away made things easy. He re-contacted us on WatsApp to discuss and arranged to call a family member to meet him at our property that day so that he could inspect the system in order to provide an accurate and very reasonable quote. He guaranteed installation within 72 hours before we arrived home, all without a deposit or a single penny paid before the work was carried out. He was left at our house un-supervised for much of the day, the work was carried out to a high standard, installing the new boiler, replacing the FLUE, flushing the system, discarding the old boiler, reconnecting the system to our HIVE thermostat and registering the new boiler with the manufacturer. The house was left clean and tidy and he had even set the system up so the house and water would be heated for our return. I can't thank Mo enough for allowing us to enjoy the rest of our honeymoon worry free. I would 100% recommend Let's Heat Ltd and we will not hesitate to use Mo again for further work.”

Quick response and was brilliant with her advice on what we could achieve in the time we had and how she would go about getting the work done. “We used Edgar and his team to help us with a clothing display unit repair. This was a time sensitive job and due to our event being in a Costco warehouse we were only allowed to carry out repairs during a certain time window. As soon as I called Edgar and told him about the job he was happy to help us which was a massive relief. I was able to book a apppoinment the following day. This wasn't a straightforward job, there were multiple things to be done from replacing and fitting new runners and wheels to welding and straightneing locking pins. Edgar worked on 4 units and managed to complete all the jobs we asked him to do in a timely manner. I would 100% recommend Edgar and his team. They kept us updated and we received pictures and videos of the work at the end once it's been completed. Very happy!”
