He was always very prompt in any of our communications and on the day we arranged for the job, he turned up on time and explained exactly what was going to happen. He was very efficient and the job was completed in less than an hour. I am so impressed with the way the carpets have turned out! I was thinking of replacing the one carpet if it didn’t clean up ok but after Ceiron had cleaned it, it looks almost like new! “Had lovely room but there'd been a leak so moved to a suite. Very good stay. I wasn't well, the maids left me peace. Refrigerator was useful so I was able to keep cold water and a sandwich fresh. Only negative there's no light without getting out of the bed in the sitting room. Helpful staff. Free parking. Clean, quiet, 8 minute walk to the Bay.”

“Good quiet budget hotel next to the water in Cardiff. Decent rooms with hairdryer, iron (and board!), kettle, decent shower. Breakfast is basic but for the price is fine. No marmite though, which I wasn't happy about. Decent sized carpark for £10 a night. Also a false fire alarm at 715 but that's not their fault - probably some idiot pushing a fire door or vaping in their room.”
