   Appalling service had my carpets booked in to be cleaned 1st May 2024 09:30 and still by 10:30 did not turn up called 4 times left WhatsApp and message on messenger also emailed and had no answer to why they did not turn up. I took a day off from work for this so I have now lost a days holiday for nothing. I will not recommend this service to anyone. They have completely let themselves down.

   Excellent service and a beautiful completed job. We are very pleased with the outcome of our carpets and stains they removed. Absolutely brilliant, oven is sparkling. The 2 people that did the clean were lovely nice people. You didn't even know they were there, cleaned up immaculately. The carpets look like new! Absolutely thrilled with their service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Excellent service from Cwtch Cleaning again. It’s the second time I’ve had them and I am not disappointed! Professional, friendly and brilliant price. Came home to carpets that look brand new and my house smelling clean and fresh. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for carpets, mattresses and kitchen oven etc that need cleaning.

   Had my cream rug and upholstered sofa cleaned from Rob and what can I say! What a fantastic guy. A very nice person, professional family man who does the job with his heart. I would recommend cwtch cleaning with my eyes closed as they are very committed and professional. Money worth every penny. Well done.
