    Went there on a Thursday to drop my nans clothes off in a bin bag as her washing machine is broken and she was running out of clothes. They told me they would phone me to let me know when it's ready for next day collection. I said okay, let me know when it's ready and I'll pick it up by 5 pm Friday. Friday comes and I got no phone call or text. I went to call them but it just tuned 5 and they were shut. I was frustrated but thought I just pick it up first thing Saturday morning. I had to wait till Monday to pick up as they are not open on weekends. I was really annoyed as my nan had no nothing to wear. I was there at 9:00 a.m. Monday to collect. I explained that I didn't receive confirmation that it was ready for collection and there was no apology. I told him I was frustrated and he just said "yeah I can tell". He even questioned if he said about contacting to let me know it was ready to collect as "we don't normally do that", despite him saying that just before I walked through the doors to leave when dropping off the clothes. Unprofessional, rude, dismissive and ignorant. The clothes were in a black bag for 4 days instead of a few hours. Very not happy, I do not recommend!

    They washed and dried several sets of bedding, towels and blankets all in a day. For a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

    Read on the Facebook page it was £12 for a “large bag” of washing so I filled a laundry bag and the price somehow came to £45 for a wash and dry. Very disappointing service won’t be using again!
