“Cannot fault our heating engineer we had today. Our decades old boiler (circa 1970s) had no signs of life. Inside of an hour he managed to have the whole thing apart, totally cleaned out years of debris (previous owners didn't service probably ever) and managed to identify the issue which he resolved without replacement parts, just a load of clearing out. All the debris that came out was quickly vacuumed up as he worked, one less job for me to do today. Boiler is now ready for winter and we're happy that it doesn't need replacing just yet. Top marks!”

“Amazing service from Bespoke Gas. We had a problem with our tenants’ heating and needed a quick solution. The managing agents were slow and obtained an astronomical quote from their contractor. “Alan responded promptly to a request to clear a blocked WC. It turned out to be due to a large build up of limescale in both the pan and soil pipe. Pressure jetting and camera inspection dealt with the soil pipe but removal of the WC itself was necessary to remove the inches-thick limescale within the u-bend. The entire job was completed without fuss. I would thoroughly recommend Alan and his colleague Paul if you ever have need of their services.”

“Gascare have been a great help to us over the last two years. Unfortunately following a home renovation we had continuous problems with our boiler and heating system with us having to call the initial installer out a number of times in the year after works were completed. In the end we called Gascare to come and have a look after the same thing kept happening. Turned out the initial installer had not done this correctly. And following the situation being rectified by Gascare and the great team over there I am happy to report we have had no isssues since and currently are on the yearly service with Gascare. Would highly recommended them for any future works. Shame we didn’t know about them to start with.”
