James did an excellent job of refitting our bathroom to resolve issues due to a historical water leak caused by the original fitter. His responsive and helpful attitude to a complex task was exactly what was required and we recommend him without hesitation .
There’s a reason why it’s so hard to book James! From start to finish, James is professional, friendly and, above all, he takes so much pride in his work. Upon visiting the company he recommended for the fixtures and fittings, it’s clear that he has earned a lot of respect from other professionals too. Our bathroom looks fantastic and the tiling is perfect. It was fascinating watching the whole process and especially the precision of his tiling work. I couldn’t have asked for a better result!
From the very start James was always on time, responsive to every call and reliable. One of the most professional trades people I have met - ensuring the work area was tidied every single day, to changing his plans to suit when our bathroom design changed. Never made a fuss even if some of the workload increased and took any issues in his stride. James kept us updated throughout the build with progress and anything he found which needed input he made sure he spoke to us to confirm. The standard of James’s work is extremely high and we now have a bathroom to be proud of. I cannot recommend James enough. I would gladly use him again and wish there were more like him out there.
James completed the remodel of our bathroom and ensuite. Did a fantastic job everything looks great and kept to the original quoted price. Would highly recommend James, plus he is just a delight to have around on a job.
James refitted our en-suite with a back to brick installation. What we have now is an Ensuite that would put some high end hotels to shame. James was thoroughly professional, neat, tidy and clean and kept us up to date all the way through the process. The finish is great and will be using James again.
James completed our bathroom this week and he has done an outstanding job. His levels of professionalism and workmanship are exceptional. Mid-2021: In 2021, we had several plumbing jobs completed by James including fitting a kitchen tap, bathroom tap and fitting a sink waste. James came out and priced the work as agreed and came back with a competitive price. He arrived to do the work on time and did a brilliant job. Great communication, friendly, professional and all work done to a very high standard. Highly recommended. We're looking forward to him working on a bigger project later in the year. Late 2021: Well, our second project is complete and James has done a fantastic job. We are so pleased. Workmanship second to none. Mid 2022: we’ve recently had James back to renovate our main bathroom. As with the cloakroom, James did a fantastic job. The work was completed professionally, to the quoted price and on time. As James encountered small problems imposed by our previous bathroom and non-square walls, he discussed options with us and the end result was fantastic. Cannot recommend enough.
We are thrilled with our new bathroom, courtesy of James. His attention to detail and approach to the job were exemplary. Not only that, he made what could have been a stressful experience (having the family bathroom ripped out with two children!) not stressful at all. From putting floor protectors down to hoovering before leaving each evening, he made the experience a lot easier for us all. His finish in the bathroom has even had praise from our electrician, saying he’s not seen many jobs to this quality finish. Nothing is too much for James and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services to anyone.
James has done a few small plumbing jobs for us at our business premises and has just completed our downstairs loo refit at home. He is always brilliant and we would highly recommend him. He is friendly, efficient, reasonably priced and endlessly patient in explaining all the options. He was very flexible on timings and worked around exactly what we needed. We will be booking him to come back and do the bathroom as soon as possible!
