   Very impressed with Elite Repairs! I spoke with Jason over the phone about an issue with my appliance (Cannon Gas Cooker), and he was incredibly helpful. He took the time to walk me through some troubleshooting steps and helped me fix the problem without even needing a callout. It’s rare to find someone so honest, patient, and knowledgeable.    We phoned Jason on the Monday morning when our Rangemaster had gone cold, he immediately ordered the parts and turned up on Wednesday to fix it, absolute 1st class service.    Jason is far more than an appliance repair man. He's an electronic engineer. Elite Repairs have kept our ageing appliances running for years beyond their normal lifespan (our kitchen is 13 years old now). Over the years they have fixed our microwave, hob, oven and dishwasher, always for just a call out fee and a few quid for parts. Things I have NEVER heard: "I can't fix it, you'll have to buy a new one" ... "You're going to need a whole new board, they're £400" ... "Those parts aren't available any more so nothing I can do" The only reason I would hesitate to recommend Jason and Elite, is that I want to make sure I can still book a slot for myself in future!

   Elite repairs came to my address yesterday and I was very pleased with the service. I had recently purchased a dishwasher from Currys pc world (never doing that again) and as soon as I tried a program it leaked all over my floor. I contacted elite repairs who are very polite I must say, and they got an engineer to me the next day. :-) Mike the engineer was informative about my appliance and what he was doing. It only took him about 10 minutes to diagnose and luckily he had a spare part in his van and quickly managed to repair it for me. All took about 30 minutes in total which I am very pleased about as I had a very busy day. Couldn't be happier with experience and definitely recommend.
