    My first trip to Howden’s, it’s been a long time since I’ve had a new kitchen! I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman who explained how everything worked there, he gave me plenty of things to think about plus an up to date brochure. This is a ‘trade’ establishment, so you have to have the name of your kitchen fitter before you can actually get a full quotation

    To know before dealing with Howdens; As they technically sell too trade they have no legal responsibility to the end customer, and, as I was informed while complaining about misinformation and a resulting non functional kitchen from the Romsey depot Howdens have no control over the individual depot managers. reviews@howdens will put you in contact but can't do anything if a manager refuses to address misconduct from their staff. Be very careful, get every detail confirmed in writing and make sure your fitter is copied into everything. The trustworthy depots will be happy to do it.
