   Nice staff, prices for some things seem steep, but the basic stuff is set at ok prices. The cling film, parchment paper and foil is pretty good value for money, not sure about the appliances value and cost. Worth a look if you're nearby.

   The 2nd star is for fast dispatch and delivery only. All in all this company should be avoided at all costs. Items wrongly sent, missing items , broken items due to poor packing. Also the customer service for electrical items is terrible, so terrible that the process has been taken back to the manufacturer. We were sent faulty goods and even the engineer said he'd not touch Nisbets with a bardge pole. Pretty terrible when your trying to run a business.

   Worst Catering Supplier ever. I have purchased few fryers and after they arrived We ve noticed a fault with the baskets when staff burnt hands and ended up in hospital. We have reported it several times and they said they would investigate which would take few weeks. Its been over 6 months and not even call or email. We should have sued them at the time of incident. Terrible customer customer service and after care
