Excellent quality of work, clean (wears protective cover when is inside), reliable, excellent customer service and affordable prices. Will use him again for my boiler maintenance.    Dan was brilliant. My gas engineer of over five years couldn’t fix a fault in our hot water system. Dan visited and worked it out in five minutes flat and charged a very reasonable rate. He’s very talented at his job and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Thank you Dan!

   My friend recommended Dan (HeatTech Hampshire) when I needed annual boiler service (Mar 2025). Dan was polite, thorough and explained what he was doing and why. Ordered and replaced worn out part, and fitted a new thermostat and timer. Very clean and tidy work area, wore shoe covers in house to protect carpets. I contacted Dan again when I had a problem with the kitchen tap (Jun 2025). Sent a photo of old tap, he ordered a new one and came to fit it a few days later. Again, super efficient! I have no hesitation in recommending Dan and will certainly be calling him again for annual boiler service and any other plumbing jobs. Thank you Dan!

   Dan recently attended our property to complete the annual service on our Worcester Combi boiler. Communication, punctuality and the respect he showed to our house and furnishings were all first class. He undertook a very thorough service which exceeded in detail recent services completed. The condensing unit was thoroughly cleaned and a re-pressurization was completed, both of which had not been done before in recent years. Thank you Dan and Heat Tech - we will certainly make use of your expertise for future services and any other heating issues encountered.
