Communication, punctuality and the respect he showed to our house and furnishings were all first class. He undertook a very thorough service which exceeded in detail recent services completed. The condensing unit was thoroughly cleaned and a re-pressurization was completed, both of which had not been done before in recent years. Dave advised that he would trace the leak in 30 minutes, show me where it was, and send me a picture of the exact location. He did just this, having traced the leak in a rear pipe.
