Went into magnet Eastleigh recently for the first time in a few years and the showroom has been redone to a very high standard with beautiful new displays and a new manager/new designers in there. Very pleasant surprise.

Having brought our kitchen 3 years ago , it's still not finished because of shoddy cabinets that keep falling to pieces . Numerous other problems with the kitchen. Poor workmanship . Poor customer services .ie : numerous visits to the showroom with conversations with manager and staff members all promising to sort the problems out . Promises of phone calls and emails and th ey don't happen . Promises from the warranty team are going to be in touch with us and that doesn't happen , it's all absolutely disgusting with no promising outcome. Maybe when your going to be sued by our solicitor for breach of contract and breach of warranty contract you might pull your fingers out of your arses and do something about it . We paid you £16, 000 got a promise of a Beautiful kitchen snf we haven't got one. Not just a kitchen a floor also and that fell to pieces because it wasn't fitted properly, how much more do we have to have to put up with !!! EASTLEIGH store its very poor ,

Nightmare over obtaining items from their suppliers (fridge freezer and quartz worktops) - delayed the whole project by six weeks. But Magnet kitchen designer good and their own products are great. Management unhelpful - need to improve customer service.

On the day the person that helped us was great, really took her time to answer our questions and advise us. She then followed it up with an email quote, all very efficient. But since I can't get a reply and she has gone silent, so it's a bit frustrating. The shop was being re set so most of the "kitchens" didn't have any surfaces ylyo look at but I was happy with the samples and the help. To be honest I didn't look forward to the whole visit but I ended up enjoying it. Extra sad that I'm going to have to go back if I want a Magnet kitchen, I might end up with a Howdens just because I'm frustrated!
