“Update January 2024 Screwfix asked for a review and then declined it, so here it is: "Out of date Alcohol Free Hand sanitiser. Ordered click and collect, went to pick up the 4 I had ordered, all 6 months past the expiry date, they checked the shelves, they were all out of date, despite just arriving in the store. They tried to tell me the expiration date meant you could still use it for a year past that date, "because you can with paint". They put them back on the shelves despite being out of date and in completely different bottles. Usually Screwfix are absolutely brilliant, but I wasted fuel on not just one trip to get there, but a return trip, because luckily I noticed before I got out the van, so had to return them, in rush hour, in the pouring rain, wasting yet more fuel!" And my wheelchair got soaking wet! Previous review: Love Screwfix, usually greeted with a smile, very knowledgeable, extremely helpful staff, love the app most things are in stock, or delivered in a day or two, ordering online or through the app, with store collection saves a lot of time, on the majority of things they are the cheapest, I always check with other local similar stores. It's very small but it is wheelchair accessible. I highly recommend screwfix to everyone, for their great service, great products, great prices, great product knowledge, availability of stock etc, and their app makes it so easy to find what you need, order in seconds, usually texts to let you know its ready for pick up within minutes, very impressed by Screwfix.”

“from booking in the measure up through to the ordering it was nice and easy, the guys at Carpet Barn were very helpful and accomodating, they were also very knowledgeable of the products that we were looking at. We had to wait a about 8 weeks for our LVT to be fitted but Shane the fitter was well worth the wait, he was a great guy. He was happy, friendly, and more importantly didnt mind answering any questions i had about the fitting or the products. Finished the job within the time estimated for it with no dramas at all.”

“Thought it's time for a review as the service has improved over the last few months . Eastleigh TP is smoother than ever. The office staff are always serving with a smile with new management and counter staff. ((Massive improvement compared to last manager.who was always so miserable!)) Nothing is too much bother. And for the The hire side of things, these guys are quick and efficient too, Each visit to TP eastleigh the yard is always so tidy.and safe too.! Ie-no balanced pallets loose aggregate etc etc Dan who runs the yard keeps it to a high standard,yet again previous yard foreman never seemed bothered about keeping it to a high standard unlike dan.these guys are always efficient and happy to help/load. And its done in a safe manner. Always driving sensible on fork trucks too. dan is very knowledgeable with any aggregates or building supplies you need. “We have just had two bathrooms redesigned by Lisa at Curtis Brothers and fitted by Dave Palmer. The whole process has been very easy and relaxed. Lisa guided us through the design process and helped us make the right decisions on what would be suitable for our bathrooms. We changed our minds a lot but nothing was too much trouble. When it came to fitting, Dave is meticulous and he made no decisions without checking with us first. We now have two gorgeous bathrooms with everything as we want it and no snagging issues. There have no nasty surprises or hidden costs so although the headline quotes may have felt expensive, I could be completely confident that this is what we were going to pay. I have no hesitation in recommending Lisa and Dave if you are looking for a beautiful bathroom built to last.”
