   Went via our tradesman to get home visit arranged for designing a new kitchen. Visit was fine and was booked within a week of first contact. Visit itself was fine - not the best as they didn’t measure tight angles, or bends in the walls etc. which other kitchen designers took into account on their home visits. Anyways, from there on, everything was downhill. Designs didn’t get turned around as promised; actual pricing took another two weeks to come through by when we had hardly a week left to get their sale pricing. We gave up in the end as the overall process was rather slow. They didn’t seem bothered to do the kitchen at all. Or seemed very strategic to pressure us into buying the kitchen at their inflated sale price. Compared to other designers we found their sale price to be rather inflated. Eventually dropped Howdens Eastleigh after realising same kitchen in Bitterne branch was £1300 cheaper!! Also, they went totally unresponsive after asking for some amendments to our initial design. All in all; can be avoided to save time and energy you’d be willing to put in for your new kitchen.

   Very disappointed. I expected them to be helpful. They were the most unreasonable people I have come across with the lockdown measures in place. I sent them an email telling them the room size and measurements a week ago and still not heard back from them with any design drawing plans or prices
