I use this Argos all the time, atleast once a month. We are always served by the most wonderful lady with curly red hair I believe her name to be Lucy. She always provides amazing customer service, friendly and does her job well. We need more people like her in the world

I want to say a big thank you to Sue from Argos. Last night I went to the store just before closing time to ask about returning an item, but I couldn’t find my receipt. Instead of just saying no, Sue kindly asked if I could confirm the date of purchase. Once I did, she clearly explained what steps I needed to take, and reassured me that she would be there the next day to help. When I came back today, Sue really went above and beyond — she patiently helped me locate my order and in the end, I was able to get my refund smoothly. I truly appreciate her professionalism, patience, and care. Excellent customer service!

Not a fault of this store in particular, but Argos seems to have a big problem with selling defective own brand products. Have had to return an own brand argos window cleaner and a habitat lamp both defective on purchase within a year. This never happens to me with other retailers.

Handy to have this Argos inside Sainsbury’s. Went to pick up a comic relief snow globe for my daughter this evening (13/12/24) and the staff behind the till (young girl & oldish women) were very polite and cheerful and had a laugh with both of them.

I had brought a Foldable bed. The mattress is so deceptive , Very thinner than it was depicted in the advertisement. The AIR Mattresses are too useless. Not comfortable at all. Dont ever buy any FOLDABLE BEDS or AIR MATRESSEs from ARGOS. The GUY with Spectacles is the WORST Argos worker I have seen. He was very rude to me and refused my returns. SHAME ON YOU ARGOS. Will never ever come back to you as well as will spread this bad experience among my medical colleagues

Visited the store today in order to exchange a faulty item which was purchased only 4 days ago the women was so rude when asked her for her store manager she was just as rude anyway went into Argos at westquay spoke to staff who were polite and helpful and gave me full refund won’t be going back there until the staff can learn how to deal with customers

Customer service is horrible so unprofessional I did buy online Apple MacBook from Argos it cost me £1300 and apple watch £279 and I did buy extra cable a charger for the iPhone A couple of days before When I open it was the wrong the charger wasn't for the mobile it was for the iPad so I wanted to return and I had a proof of receipt and everything it was in original packaging she told me I cannot return because I open Everything was in perfect condition she was just rude and she didn’t even bother to listen Because of her behaviour I Am never going to buy anything from Argos. and I didn’t take in the end Macbook and apple watch. Argos should pay attention to the staff and customer service otherwise we’re going to lose the business

Absolutely disgusting service. I returned an item under warranty, which had jammed. I demonstrated what was broken to the staff and all was well. I opted for a refund and provided my receipt and original packaging. Receipt and packaging, perfectly enough for a return to go through - but not for this store! You have to prove to this store you're not an international criminal organisation. The store refused to give a refund, despite providing my RECEIPT AND PACKAGING because the card number on the receipt was different. What if my card had to be changed because it was lost or stolen? What if I paid by Apple Pay or Android Pay and the card number on the receipt shows different? That's why you have a Blimmin receipt!!!! I even had to go as far as showing my bank statement with the transaction on it and the day and time matching the receipt and they still didn't believe me!!!! After 45 minutes of arguing and being asked to 'leave the store' and refusing to because I knew I was right, I (yes, me, due to their incompetence) had to call customer services, who kindly explained to the store staff to finally end the stalemate and show I was in the right. Absolutely disgusting treatment of a customer. Avoid.

I visited Argos Sainsbury Portswood about 10am on Wednesday 7th April and was served by Sam who I have to say was absolutely brilliant. I was returning an item. One replacement was shown to be in stock but had not been put on the shelf it belonged. He bent over backwards to find the item and I returned home so happy. The other guy serving with a pony tail was also excellent. Great service by both.
