Excellent selection of products. Staff always so helpful and friendly. Only thing it’s missing is an M&S cafe!
Always a good selection of groceries, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy. Would prefer they have more than 1 checkout open since there is often a queue.
This M&S Foodhall has a wide variety of items and is always well maintained. The store is very clean, organised, and it even smells nice when you walk in, which makes shopping here a pleasant experience. I absolutely love their chocolate truffle cake, it’s rich and delicious. All the other items are displayed beautifully and are very tempting to buy. It’s a great place to pick up quality food and treats.
Well staked shelves. Fresh produce was very fresh. Staff very helpful as they helped shopped as I was running late for my hospital appt. The young guy at check out very polite asked if found everything and if we needed help. Super customer service
Visited today on International Women’s Day and they were handing out free daffodils to all female customers - it was a lovely gesture. Customer service was brilliant as always and shelves were well stocked!
A bit cold today heating not working so wear a jacket or jumper, other than that got everything we needed.
Staff friendly, shop well set out with wide enough isles. Lots of variety, decent prices depending what you buy, most of all good quality. The check outs are a pain small and tight spaced but it won’t stop me returning
It is a great shop and food is top products easy to get around and staff are so wonderful very helpful
