One of the ladies was a bit slow and made my purchasing longer than it needed to be as she forgot to print a gift receipt when I specifically reminded and asked for. Otherwise nice place, I just a bit annoyed as I was in a rush!
Visited a Bon Matche branch in Weymouth on a day out - lovely staff, lovely stock, lovely place to visit and yes, I found something else I didn't know I needed!!
I was in your shop today and I was served by Mrs. Sandra Wallet. I asked her name because she was so nice and kind that I want to buy more. The other lady at the counter had a beautiful smile too!

I am a wheelchair user/frequent customer here and I Absolutely love the atmosphere here!! Friendly and approachable staff, where nothing is to much effort for them. There is a great team of workers who can have a good laugh with each other whilst running the shop efficiently and stock levels are always well maintained, without being distracted or allowing a queue to form...They always take great care in folding and packing my clothing garments neatly and they actually make it home without creases....ease of access for wheelchair without banging into things or feeling cramped inbetween it's for sale..can't fault this place at all
