   I don't recognise all these helpful staff that other reviewers mention. The staff I've dealt with all seem to be really miserable and appear to have been sent on a course on how not to speak clearly while staring permanently at their screen so as to barely acknowledge the customer's presence. At least the prices are good and usually I'm just in to pick something up and don't need any help.

   Toolstation is great, service with a smile, knowledgeable, helpful staff, most things are in stock, ordering online and store collection is so easy, quick and time efficient. I would highly recommend Toolstation to everyone, great service, great products, great prices. Wheelchair accessible with one disabled bay near the entrance. They are also brilliant at not making you feel really stupid when you order the wrong thing!
