   Not too happy with this place now as took in a nail gun for repair as red light was flashing on it. Received a phone call a few days later saying it had been fixed so I collected it and payed just over £50. Tried using it couple days later and still the same problem. Returned to the shop where they put their own battery in it and it worked fine. So it was my battery that was faulty which is fine but why charge me over £50 saying it had been repaired when there was nothing wrong with it

   After being recommended by a friend, I sent the guys at Sallco my Hitachi router for repair. There was good communication throughout explaining the issue and the giving a price to fix it before the work was carried out. Just a week or so later it was returned as good as new. I'm so pleased, I'm going dig out all my old knackered tools and send them all for repair. Lets see how they get on with them!?? ; -) thanks again.... good job!
