   Atrocious service from their ebay. Avoid this dodgy shop. Bought a UPVC trim that never arrived on time, took over 10 days. No messages or a measly apology from the seller, didn't even respond to my message. When the item arrived. This shop sent me a damaged and used item that was unusable. Absolute joke of a company that has cost me time and money. Avoid at all costs! Update: This man messaged me and tried to blame the courier. Absolute joke. I have evidence he dispatched item late and the damage is impossible for the courier to make. Update 2: the shop has responded to my review with nonsense. The item was damaged, scratched and scuffed, pvc is porous and once marked doesnt come clean, so their claim it needs a simple clean is not true. Secondly they advertised their delivery as 27th to 30th. I ordered on the 23rd, they only dispatched it on the 28th, 5 days later and they only dispatched it when i messaged them asking when ot will be dispatched, otherwise im sure it would have sat there for even longer then they tried to blame the courier. Now they claiming i should have paid even more for a 24hour delivery when the issue is they dispatch it slowly, sompay more for a damaged item. They claim i am trying to damage their business. No i am not, i am leaving a bad review because you provided me with a substandard service and cost me time and money with my builder. If you were a professional you would be dispatching on time, responding to messages, keeping your inventory in good condition, knowing your products and packaging pproperly. You might have some happy customers but you also have plenty of unhappy ones too. Your lack of introspection is terrible. You only offered me a full refund because o requested it and evidence is damning and you offered it after i left you a bad review and wanted me to withdraw negative feedback. 2 days on i am still waiting for the refund which you claim you have issued, yet no email for the refund nor any sign of a refund in my bank. Im sure it will come 30 days later. Lastly this person tries to make a fuss over calling them a man, on their ebay seller info thr sellers name is Rob Hart, last time i checked that was a male name.
