She made me feel completely comfortable, and the whole process was so easy and relaxing, not only for me but for my baby too. Helen was super thorough and even made an extra casting, just in case the first ones didn’t come out perfectly. She guided me through choosing the finishing touches, with everything beautifully laid out on her table. We received our finished casting much sooner than expected, which was such a wonderful surprise, and we are absolutely thrilled with how it turned out. I can’t wait to return to Helen with my future babies — it’s such a sentimental keepsake, captured perfectly by her incredible skill. Thank you so much, Helen! X”

“It’s easy to find, just on the outskirts of Eastleigh and just 4 minutes from the college, where I’m currently studying. Fresh, well stocked, a bigger better one in regard to ‘middle of ALDI’ . I like to test the new product stuff they have here, that my local one - near Devizes not always sell. ‘Pound land’ is next door but I always come in here first as Aldi is cheaper and for me - it’s an easier layout. I recommend this shop 100%”

She acted in such a kind friendly manner and made me fill that it was no problem. She would hold the items at the till whilst I popped home for my purse. “Excellent prices and a good choice of cleaning supplies. They usually work out cheaper than going to Poundland for little bits and bobs. The staff are usually helpful and even when there is a queue at the tools they get through it quickly and efficiently.”

“This store is quite new in the town. It is cheap and cheerful but quality isn't all that bad to be fair. Kids school polos are fairly decent and at £2.50 for two are almost throwaway items but seem to wash well. Manager very helpful also.”

“Well most of the customer will take the time to leave a review when they had a negative experience. A few days ago, I had an amazing experience at the store in the Swan centre in Eastleigh. I went to see if they had some Halloween costumes for my boys, which they had. Then, at the till, they have their new self check out till. Although it meant to be used by yourself but the lady behind the counter was much more efficient than me. Plus, I didn't have my H&M membership card and being with two young boys, I needed to go out quickly before they make a scene. She very kindly and very quickly find my membership number, check for vouchers and had everything done in less than a few minutes. I pay for my items with some great discount and left the shop very happy. Amazing shopping experience. However, I can't thank her properly as there is no name on the receipt. Anyway, thank you for your time and your help.”

“Excellent eye tester, and the young girl was very helpful, spent £1100. More than I wanted too but happy I did as the girls were very professional. Definitely a couple of steps above specsavers. Payed extra for the full eye scan and now know for sure my eyes are healthy. Highly recommended”
