“A hidden gem for new parents! We initially came here to check if the carrier we had already purchased was fitted correctly, but ended up leaving with a better carrier from the shop. We were offered great advise from the shop owner who was not pushy in leading towards our decision. We ended up purchasing a Larry Lamb carrier which we are over the moon with and now gets used on a daily basis for taking our little girl out with us on walks with our dog. There is even a small cosy corner that we were able to use to feed our baby while we tried on the various different carrier options that they had in the shop. It is quite hidden away and easy to miss but once you do find it, you will not regret it. Thank you again for your help!”

“Everything about the classes are superb! We wanted to start taking our son as soon as we could and got onto the latest course, he was just under 2 months old, 6 weeks later and I can honestly say I feel going to Adventure babies and the great work Lisa does has really helped his development. I can’t recommend Lisa and Adventure babies high enough, the classes are so fun and engaging, something different every week, so well thought out and designed to be super interactive. Booked onto the next course starting January and we will continue to take our son and benefit from the sensory fun. I think whatever age your little one is, it’s so worth while taking them to these classes, and for me, I feel it’s very good value, especially as you are investing in your little ones future.”

Have not tried the butchers here (which seems to have some negative reviews for hygiene), but the other dry products are pretty good and there’s a nice selection of biscuits, spices and other items.”

“This must be the best and tidiest B&M shop I've ever visited. So much so I returned for a second visit in one week! A large shop that has all you need. I particularly like the garden centre part! I filled my trolley with lots of really great priced tropical plants for my garden. Once again I shall be returning here often. Well done to the staff for such a great job keeping it looking smart and tidy.”

Lisa tells all the stories in a very captivating way as well as providing parents with props to aid in the telling which my son loves. The sensory play afterwards is an excellent way for more play that you might not be able to achieve at home especially the weekly messy play and the lights, all cleverly themed with the story in mind. It's been excellent and cannot wait for more, highly recommend!”

“I have used Waterbabies with both my girls for years. All the teachers are warm, kind hearted and happy to be there to teach. We have visited many locations and had many teachers to try and fit in with our schedule, all have been accommodated with ease. Some people see the price before understanding the activity, but swimming is a life skill. It opens up so many more possibilities and gives children confidence and understanding. My eldest was 6 weeks when she started and she has progressed higher than a few children who are nearly 3 years older than her already, due to starting swim schools early. My youngest is still a toddler (2 1/2) and already feels confident enough to swim without me holding her all the time. If you can afford the time and money, I highly recommend it. There's a new bond with a baby in the water that is so magical and believe me, you do not want to miss it.”
