   Fantastic shop stocked with so many beautiful and useful items. The advice we received on which carrier to purchase was fantastic, Roamy is incredibly knowledgeable and so helpful. The shop even has a toilet and changing table which was very welcome when pregnant and with our toddler in tow. I had a few questions once I started using the carrier and Roamy was so quick to respond and provided so really useful follow up advice. I can't recommend this lovely shop enough.

   Roamy could not have been more helpful when I popped in earlier for a carrier. I had limited time with a busy day and toddler in tow, so she quickly narrowed down the options which might suit myself and my daughter best, as well as showing me how best to support my daughter's hips in our existing carrier. She was simultaneously helping another customer with their enquiry, but at no time did I feel rushed or neglected. I have come away with a new carrier which is much more comfortable and better suited to my daughter's needs, safe in the knowledge that I can contact Roamy at any time with any questions I have. I even managed to purchase a lovely gift to reward my toddler for being so patient during the demos! In short, a fantastic shop with excellent customer service and a great product range - I would highly recommend for anyone intending to use a baby carrier.

   Could not have been more helpful!! My Godmother kindly bought me a wonderful Wombat coat after the birth of my daughter but unfortunately it wasn’t quite the right size - Roamy was unbelievably helpful, communicating with me quickly via text (contact details on the flyer in the parcel) and answering all of my questions about sizing - I was able to swap it for another size and also discussed the various options/colours and sizes available with such ease. I must make it to your shop at some point! It looks wondering. Thank you so much, absolutely love my woman coat and will get so much use out of it. Xxx

   I have been a regular visitor to Bambino Baby since my little one was born. Roamy is always super friendly and helpful, what she doesn’t know about babywearing and Carriers isn't worth knowing! The baby change and feeding area is a lovely touch to her beautiful shop too.

   A hidden gem for new parents! We initially came here to check if the carrier we had already purchased was fitted correctly, but ended up leaving with a better carrier from the shop. We were offered great advise from the shop owner who was not pushy in leading towards our decision. We ended up purchasing a Larry Lamb carrier which we are over the moon with and now gets used on a daily basis for taking our little girl out with us on walks with our dog. There is even a small cosy corner that we were able to use to feed our baby while we tried on the various different carrier options that they had in the shop. It is quite hidden away and easy to miss but once you do find it, you will not regret it. Thank you again for your help!

   We have made a couple of visits to Bambino Baby, and each and every time we are made to feel welcome and comfortable. We have twins girls and had done lots of research into different carriers and slings, but nothing beats being shown the real thing by a friendly expert, and Roamy certainly fits that bill. Our girls feel incredibly comfortable in the happy surroundings and so have enjoyed their feed and change in BB each time we head in. More recently we purchased a baby carrier, and after showing us many many options we selected our favourite. Roamy is absolutely and totally set on finding the right purchase for you and your baby, and isn't pushy at all. We will most certainly be back in the future.    I would recommend Bambino Baby to all parents with little ones - particularly if you are looking to purchase a baby carrier. We visited last week with our newborn and Roamy was fantastic. Even when her shop got a little busy she somehow managed to make sure everyone was well looked after. We left confident with our new purchase and have been enjoying using our carrier since. There is even a baby change area and breastfeeding area in the shop! We will be back for sure!

   Roamy went above and beyond during our recommended visit to Bambino Baby with our One week old, Harry. We tried a variety of slings and with Roamy's knowledge and expertise we chose our Tula carrier that was a perfect fit for us and our Baby. We left feeling confident that we could safely and properly use the carrier after multiple guided demonstrations in the shop. This is a great little gem and we can't wait to go back!
