Don't know what's happened to this store. It was once the most tidiest B&M with high standards and now everything is just shoved anywhere without a care and it's absolutely trashed. Not like heavily shopped but like a number of months where no one can be bothered to make it nice and shopable.
The manager and a young female assistant(sorry i din't know their name) were very helpful today(21/09/25), for me wuth a toilet roll holder unit i had been trying to assemble at home, he was very helpful and worked out what i had assembled wrong and corrected it for me, so i am able to complete it at home. Thank you for your patience and helpfulness.
B&M app = useless search engine. I've TRIED, so Many times to BUY something, an Aston Arch for example, but - ALL I GET IS A PICTURE: and a search box to find a Store - what's wrong with the pone I'm in ? (useless search engine). How does B&M hope to sell anything with this useless broken tool.
This must be the best and tidiest B&M shop I've ever visited. So much so I returned for a second visit in one week! A large shop that has all you need. I particularly like the garden centre part! I filled my trolley with lots of really great priced tropical plants for my garden. Once again I shall be returning here often. Well done to the staff for such a great job keeping it looking smart and tidy.
Nice big shop was big ques but straight away opened more tills
The manager I believe reena wants a lesson in customer service and how to speak to colleagues. Never known a manager who speaks to their team like they are something in the bottom of her shoe, and like they are children pointing fingers and raising her voice The store has lost so many friendly faces I won’t shop here anymore
The shop has literally like everything you need from decorating to garden, toys to food. Amazing!
Huge B and M store, includes DIY department. Has just about everything you can think of. As with all cheap supermarkets, check the prices as not all things are a bargain.. Staff seem friendly enough, directed me to the correct item I couldn't find. Would visit again.
Great store, have just spent 2 hours wandering round this place and bought loads of stuff I didn't know I wanted... Easy parking too
