   The product is of good quality but the customer service is shocking. There was a serious lack of communication, which left us with a kitchen we didn’t expect. We were mis-sold plans which Howdens said they could execute but were later told this wasn’t possible, after work had already commenced. Even though the kitchen was measured on an initial visit, the permanent fixtures were not taken into account and we had to buy new equipment to make up for an incorrectly measured kitchen. When the work was meant to start, Howdens hadn’t even sent our contractor the kitchen plan. This delayed the start date. When notifying Howdens of our concerns, we were told these problems should have been raised sooner. However, these only became apparent after the kitchen was installed and nothing was communicated to us by Howdens. We are not mind-readers, after all! We will be taking our custom elsewhere for future house projects. We would advise people to stay away from this business if you want a smooth job and clarity throughout.

   shocking customer service, waiting for 25mins for a member of staff say "im going on break" and leave me standing there for another 15mins until someone else served me. Please avoid Howdens they are shocking!!!!

   We wanted a new kitchen the planning service was fantastic, the fact they came out planned and the gave us a breakdown of costs, and drawing to show how it looked. Great service could not be happier.

   We've moved our kitchen buying to Howdens Southsea and it's been a great experience. Each of the team there has been polite, quick and helpful from the trade counter, survey to even the delivery guy -5 stars. The quality of the kitchens has provided a great finished product.

   Great prices. Friendly staff. Wide selection of kitchens. Can't wait for my new kitchen to be installed from Howdens. Full CAD print out of new kitchen design too. Brilliant service.

   No prices set they choose how much to charge depending on your face. Gave me a huge price for a small kitchen I bought the same kitchen.for half the price at b and q and the quality is the same. Rip off
