   A busy day of shopping and underestimating how much we were going to get. A lovely lady Chantel who was running round picking up empty boxes and general tidying, spotted our heavy baskets and full arms and kindly offered to take everything we had to the tills and brought us 2 more empty baskets. She was so friendly and kind, with no hint of Christmas stress or sense of being harassed. It made the remaining of our shop less awkward and potentially helped us to buy more. Thank you Chantel for your pleasant assistance that we didnt know we needed

   You should seriously consider some proper staff training. Wasted my time by going in there, picking up things, stood in the queue just for staff to tell me AT THE CHECKOUT I can’t pay unless I have card physically… Why not warn people when they enter shop? Why not put out sign? Time wasters.

   Great friendly store, value for money, vast products stocked even some of those I've never seen before but need in my life. Opening time is great for having time afterwork to shop. 8 till 8 Monday thru to Saturday, Sunday trading hours as standard.

   A great B&M for home ware, little nick nacks and food. This branch does have a small garden centre section as well, so should be a shop for everyone. Ample parking to the front of the store shared with the other stores on the retail park.

   New B&M Store that opened on Thu 7th Nov 19;location is where the previous Homebase store was;before they went bust;this new store very large and excellent stock and range of merchandise;this store gets very busy as the next nearest B&M Store is in Farlington;Portsmouth a number of miles away.I visited on a Sunday afternoon and it was exceptionally busy;also traffic backed up on the main road leading to Ocean Retail Park where this store is located;thus would recommend avoiding weekend's especially Sunday's if you want to avoid the crowds.
