   Ive been a tool station costumer for 10 years now I use them very often. In this tool station the costumer service was very poor, I spend 1000£ on materials and wanted to refund a few bits worth about £80 all unpacked from original packaging , when I turned up to the tills the cashiers are giving me funny looks as they cant be bothered to find the items through a long receipt. Also parking is very narrow perfect place to scratch your van. The only reason I given 2 stars is because this branch has a lot of stock

   I spent £40 on 8 x white general purpose silicon this morning (3/10/24) got to the job tried using it could only get about 1/3rd of it out of the tube I then looked at the tube. It was manufactured in February 2022. And it says should be used in 24 months. So it was 8 months out of date. Edited 8/10/24. I got in touch with the email address they posted They didn’t bother to contact me. They obviously don’t care once they’ve got your money

   Ordered M6 threaded bar, went to pickup and it was M8 threaded bar. Girl behind the jump was adamant it was M6 because that's what the label said. I said no it's M8, wouldn't budge only customer there couldn't be bothered to sort it out, so it was just easier to go to B+Q instead.

   Brilliant as normal. I'll confess I went to B&Q first! But then checked the price at toolstation and we'll... it was 50% cheaper. So long B&Q! Have been back several times since and also used the next day delivery service for 18" high velocity fans. Cheaper than amazon and still delivered next day free.

   I went there at 5pm and I've been told sorry we are shut due to staff shortage! Even though on their website says 10 pm!, what bothered me was the lady on the till, she didn't seem happy to seeme, she looked miserable and was not polite. The next day I went there again and was served by a lovely man.

   Was very impressed with my visit to this shop today as the shop was very tidy, COVID measures were very professional and safe and had excellent service as soon as I needed any help. I had some queries about a product I needed but was not too sure on and a young lady working at the time by the name Sophie was amazing and instantly helped me answer all the questions I had and made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted, I could not have asked for better service. Would definitely recommend to any one in the area and I will be sure to make it my first choice with any supply needs I may have in the future.
