She was so nice and helpful and completely non biased towards any particular brand. She answered all our questions and helped us with our decision. Went in to visit the other day to look at 3-in-1’s and Ellie couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly in demonstrating all the prams we liked. She made it really enjoyable for us to pick what we wanted and order! Their prices are very good as well compared with other places & their car seat knowledge is very good and the fact that they offer to fit them as well. Highly recommend them!
We had amazing advice and guidance from the staff, who found the best travel system for our needs. Ordering was simple, everything was put together for us on collection and our car seat checked and fitted. I'm now feeling very prepared for the birth of our baby! Popped here after booking an appointment to get some help looking at prams. The staff were so lovely and extremely helpful went above and beyond to help us! Would highly recommend visiting here if you feel overwhelmed with the choice of prams. It's nice to have a one to one session without all the distractions of the big stores. Service was excellent! Fantastic place to go, all staff are very friendly and very well knowledged, even the trainees weren't stumped by any questions. On a lot more personal level and the staff want the best for you unlike any of the big stores. A lot more deserving of your money and prices are great too. Plenty of selection. And offer free assembly, storage and fitting services which is amazing. Me and my partner have picked out our push chair bundle and will be making our purchase soon. Many thanks Baby 2000. Amber was absolutely fantastic in taking the time to demonstrate lots of travel systems, and showed great patience while I weighed up the pros and cons between two options. Then we moved onto car seats and the process began again! I cannot fault the customer service we received and I’m looking forward to collecting my travel system and car seats closer to my November due date! Absolutely love this shop the girls that work here are so helpful can not thank them enough. I love my pram so much and will be back in the future I drove all the way from North of England and I dont regret it. My pram arrived today built it up and I fell in love with it again my baby boy is here in 3 month I cant wait, thank yous so much for being so helpful with the emails the phone calls and the super efficient service absolutely amazing yous are 100 % be ordering some bits online xxxx
An amazing shop with lovely staff. They fitted our car seat so well and quickly and stored our pram for months until we were ready to collect it. Highly recommend it. We live in London and much preferred this shop to a big store.
I have just bought a travel system from this shop and would highly recommend it to anyone. I visited three times to find out as much as I possibly could before buying, and the staff were really patient, friendly and helpful. They gave demonstrations of how the the travel systems I was interested in worked and encouraged me to try working them myself. After going away and doing some research I came back with questions, all of which they were able to answer and they did so honestly. They are very knowledgeable, impartial and did not push me to buy anything. They wanted to help me find a product that would suit my lifesyle and needs. When choosing a car seat they helped us find one that would be safest in our car and best for our needs. They showed us how to fit it and also checked that it would fit safely in the car before selling it. They also have really good aftercare. We will get free servicing on our pram and have been encouraged to phone them should we have any questions or problems. Prices are very reasonable too. If you're after brilliant customer service and a pram/stroller/car seat that you won't end up regretting buying then you really need to visit this little gem of a shop.
