“I placed an order at 4.30 pm on Tuesday 12 July, I was notified just half an hour later that the order had been dispatched - it was delivered to me at 11.30 am on Wednesday 13 July - just 19 hours after I ordered it - absolutely brilliant!! I am delighted with the quality of these beautiful fairies figurines, they are wonderful - I am also very impressed with the speed at which my items reached me, excellent service, wonderful products well done! “I came to the UK for work and didn't know I would be staying at a hotel in the middle of an outdoor outlet mall. How lucky was that!! One thing about outlet malls is that the employees tend to stay very busy with not-so-polite shoppers. As I walked around to the different stores, I found this to be true here as well EXCEPT for the Fred Perry store. I was helped by three people: Meg, Ethan, and Alex. They were just AMAZING!! They treated me like I was their most important customer, answering my questions and showing me items based on what I told them I was looking for. I really like Fred Perry apparel and was happy with the great prices I got on my items. However, Meg, Ethan, and Alex were truly the best thing about my shopping experience. “A hidden gem for new parents! We initially came here to check if the carrier we had already purchased was fitted correctly, but ended up leaving with a better carrier from the shop. We were offered great advise from the shop owner who was not pushy in leading towards our decision. We ended up purchasing a Larry Lamb carrier which we are over the moon with and now gets used on a daily basis for taking our little girl out with us on walks with our dog. There is even a small cosy corner that we were able to use to feed our baby while we tried on the various different carrier options that they had in the shop. It is quite hidden away and easy to miss but once you do find it, you will not regret it. Thank you again for your help!”

From the very first message, Anne Marie was brilliant, she replied quickly, was incredibly knowledgeable, and couldn’t do enough to help.
