“I walked in store today and was greeted by all the staff but there was this one staff member who was wearing a black hat and a pink jumper that stood out the most, I asked for her name which I think her name was Eesha, as she was playing with some other children and my daughter was there watching and she was kind enough to include my daughter in the fun, my daughter has autism so she does really struggle with interaction but Eesha made it feel natural and my daughter was able to have so much fun, watching her play with others made me feel genuinely happy as I could tell she made my daughter feel magical and was engaging to my daughters needs. She helped us pick out some bath bombs with some great recommendations and my daughter felt so happy about her experience at Lush today. Will be coming back with my daughter for some more fun and love the products xx”

The dolls are excellent and I fell in love with them. The lady who owns the shop is a lovely lady and we had a great conversation also a really great sense of humour. I have brought from these shops and lots of people have however u can not always expect things to be priced accordingly its down to the managers of the shop not the volunteers. I give all these shops a good review cause u can not blame them who volunteer for the price managers put on items. There is something u can do just not buy it if u not like the price its simple.”
