   I went to the Lush Plymouth Store on Wednesday the 26th of November in search of a Christmas present for my male friend. I was helped by a lovely girl called Vik (or Vic I can't remember perfectly). She acted as my own special personal shopper taking me round the shop looking for the 'more masculine' things to put into a gift box for my friend. She was very very helpful and even helped me pick the perfect bath bombs to cover his bath in glitter. She was on my wavelength entirely. Perfect service the whole way through and honestly I just hope she had a good rest of her day and week. Absolutely lovely as always Lush Plymouth you guys are always such a delight!!

   I walked in store today and was greeted by all the staff but there was this one staff member who was wearing a black hat and a pink jumper that stood out the most, I asked for her name which I think her name was Eesha, as she was playing with some other children and my daughter was there watching and she was kind enough to include my daughter in the fun, my daughter has autism so she does really struggle with interaction but Eesha made it feel natural and my daughter was able to have so much fun, watching her play with others made me feel genuinely happy as I could tell she made my daughter feel magical and was engaging to my daughters needs. She helped us pick out some bath bombs with some great recommendations and my daughter felt so happy about her experience at Lush today. Will be coming back with my daughter for some more fun and love the products xx

   Came into the store yesterday for some early Christmas shopping and was greeted by a lovely young lady I didn’t catch her name but she had very vibrant curly Auburn hair. She listened to all my needs about my skin type and my eczema, talked through what products I have used and liked and even went though and smelled every product and described the smell to me as I currently have a blocked nose. She was very kind and didn’t speak robotic to me what I find some other stores do. She was a massive help and made my shopping experience so much more enjoyable and I will 100% be returning to this specific store around Christmas to do some shopping.

   We went shopping at Lush Plymouth yesterday late morning and met a lovely young lady called Antonia, who really stood out. She was so friendly, energetic, and genuinely passionate about what Lush sells. From the moment we passed the shop, she was welcoming and engaging — she really enticed me and my friend inside even though I’d never been in a Lush before. As a male customer, I wasn’t sure how I’d feel in that kind of environment, but Antonia instantly put me at ease. She made the experience comfortable, friendly, and fun. She chatted with us naturally, explained things clearly, and made us feel like valued customers rather than just another sale. Her approach was refreshing — she represented the brand perfectly and stood out from others in the shop because of her warmth, enthusiasm, and down-to-earth attitude. It honestly restored my faith in customer service. We both ended up buying products and will definitely be returning thanks to her. The combination of her engagement, product knowledge, and that amazing Lush scent made it such a positive visit. Please pass on our thanks to Antonia — she’s an absolute credit to the store.☺️ thanks so much.

   Caitlin and the rest of the team this morning (Tues 26th Aug) are amazing, my 9 yr old daughter took a liking to the new cat bubble bar and Caitlin showed her what it looked like in the water, she also showed her the gloop which my daughter thought was brilliant, and even got a little random act of kindness freebie which absolutely made her day as the freebie was something she had wanted me to buy last time we were in store. We then headed over to a bath bomb making workshop which we had pre booked to make the space rocket, a member of staff came over to offer all the grown ups a drink and the lady running the workshop was brilliant. Not only did she come home with the rocket bath bomb that she had made but also got to make a rainbow soap planet to take home, a smaller tester pot of intergalactic shower gel and a bouncy castle shower jelly. This is the 3rd bath bomb workshop we've done as everytime they've come home with the bath bomb they've made plus extras. Amazing experience as always! Thank you Lush!x

   I visited the Plymouth Drake Circus store back in February and I was approached by a very helpful member of staff called Mark. I didn't really know what I wanted to purchase other than bath bombs for my partner. Mark went above and beyond to help me with my choices. He offered for me to sit and talk me through some suggestions. What came next became the highlight of the day, Mark's knowledge was top-notch and the showing displaying examples of texture, smells and how some of the items respond to warm water. I was fascinated and very grateful to his service. Where I may of only spent £12, I spent a very well-worth amount of £55, because of the excellent customer service Mark provided. I returned home to Cornwall telling many of my friends about my experience in Lush. Thank you Mark for being passionate about your job as it makes a huge difference. Naomi B

   Lovely store, was warmly welcomed and given lots of advice and knowledge on products. Didn’t get the chaps name, but he was blonde and gave really great service. Don’t often experience that anymore so it was greatly received. It was my birthday too, so really appreciated the experience and guidance on my outdoor tub bath bomb :) Thank you!
